Dæmon Concept Sketch

If you’re reading this on Taur Tuesday, I’m at work right now! I worked 12hr+ Sun-Tues. I wanted to draw all day Saturday, but I ended up catching up on my chores and to-do list instead. As much as I’d like to beat myself up for not getting as much drawing done, I do have to recognize that I’m an anxious, tired human and DID, in fact, get a little drawing done.

I don’t think Dæmon here was ever introduced. She’s an extraordinarily rare case of a single idol run by only one operator. She is always afraid, so she tries to make herself look as scary as possible to feel less so… she is absolutely terrified of Taur… so she looks nightmarish when confronting them. Her design is subject to being edited just a touch (her body in itself is quite fluid depending on what she eats), but she doesn’t creep into the story until Act II and we’re still in the very beginning of Act I.
